Collecting relevant information about a patient’s medical history and current condition is essential to providing patients with the appropriate treatment. Be sure to bring all relevant medical information to your consultation, along with a list of prescriptions you are currently taking and allergies you have to any medication. Along with a list of prescriptions, including any over-the-counter, herbal supplements, or vitamins you take regularly. Our team may also ask you questions about your level of activity and health and lifestyle habits. This patient information will allow us to develop a personalized treatment plan for your unique needs and preferences.

Advanced Endodontic Therapy offers several financial options to work with your budget and help you receive the care you need to regain a healthy mouth and smile. Our fees are based on the quality of materials we use and the time, effort and skill required in performing your specialized treatment needs. If you have dental insurance, we will work with your insurance provider to verify your benefits and make sure you know what to expect prior to your scheduled treatment.
Full payment for services, including deductibles and estimated copayments, are due at the time of the service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.
